SSH is useful to have for a range of things and is very easy to enable. It could be that in your case you might need to open a port on your router/modem ( is your friend).

  1. Enter sudo raspi-config in a terminal window
  2. Select Interfacing Options
  3. Navigate and select SSH
  4. Choose Yes
  5. Select Ok
  6. And Finish
